Hi,
So I'm being made Redundant at the end of September.
I will have been with the company 3 years.
I joined in August 2016 and was 21 years old, I turned 22 in March 2017.
Would I be paid 1/2 week for the first year or a full week, or is it pro-rota'd?

I believe it's based upon your current age. Have you checked you don't get enhanced pay?0

You work backwards from the relevant date which is usually the date of termination
Full years only count.
Only 1 year is at the 1week per year rate the other two will be 1/2 week rate.0
