I'm waiting for BT to call me back, but it seems like it should be really simple.
I have three lines at work. Someone called in and I tried to connect them to a mobile telephone, but pressed the wrong button. Now I have two lines which seem to be "picked up," but I assume they are connected to each other and I have no way of disconnecting them.
Not sure if the above makes sense, but basically I have one line free and cant free the other two.
