Hi all
I have recently discovered that an item I purchased almost 2 years ago now, was one of a faulty set of units sent out for sale
I have contacted the company and despite admitting in the email to me the unit I have is one of the faulty batches, they are refusing to replace it due to its age
Is there anything I can do?

It has a fault that was known and has since been rectified and they did replace some customers that got back to them within a year0

we dont all have a crystal ball. Whats wrong with it?0

Yes it only streams music to the left speakers fully, there’s a lot of the sound missing from the right speakers0

No it’s faulty, if I wanted a new one I’d buy one, but as I’ve discovered it’s from a faulty batch, I believe it should have been replaced or recalled0

You may struggle 2 years later after purchase unless you can prove the fault was there at the time of purchase.0 -
The sound comes out the left speaker perfectly but not the right, I’ve been in email contact with the company and they admitted there was a faulty batch when I purchased mine and this has since been rectified, but refuse to replace it even though it obviously has the fault they changed0

Which company? The seller or the manufacturer, or are they one and the same?0 -
It’s a ViseeO Tune2Air WMA3000B Bluetooth Adapter for Streaming iPod/iPhone/iPad to BMW/Mini with original AUX/USB Y-Cable Connection
It was purchased through amazon but the manufacturer recalled the faulty units after they realised they had the fault. But didn’t advise anyone who had one of the units. They only replaced them if a customer complained0
