Resolver not resolved!

Our hotpoint fridge freezer nearly set on fire at the end of April, the internal light overheated and left scorch marks all inside the fridge, along with a really bad burning smell. We contacted hotpoint through resolver who contacted me straight away to arrange for an engineer to come and write a report. They seemed VERY concerned. The engineer came out within a few days (4th May), but following this we have had no contact. My partner has called them and a manager was supposed to call him back, but nothing! I’ve escaped the claim on resolver to CEO, but still not heard a thing! Does anyone know what the next steps are?

Don’t waste your time with managers since most of the time they’re working from the same information as normal advisors.
Just communicate with the advisors properly and ask for a resolution to your issue.0
