universal credit mandatory reconsideration

Hi there,
This is my first ever post so please bear with me.
I applied for universal credit and failed the HRT and then I applied for a mandatory reconsideration which was allowed. However, my universal credit claim was closed when they said that I failed HRT and the online claim still says it is closed. My question is: when can I get my payments as my HRT is now passed. My timeline is as follows:
14/4/19---- applied universal credit
24/4/19
claim closed as i failed HRT
02/5/19- applied mandatory reconsideration
03/6/19- mandatory reconsideration allowed and the letter says i can be trated as habitual residence from the date of my initial claim which is 14/4/19
05/6/19--- claim is still shown as closed
what will happen next? Please help me with advice and guidance.

Telephone Universal Credit on 0800 328 5644 to ask them when the claim will be reopened.
If you are now entitled to Universal Credit from the original start date of the claim, Universal Credit will need to take relevant actions to reopen the claim from the original start date. The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0 -
