TicketMaster changes tickets day of the concert

Hi there,
I was wondering if anybody can help.
I had purchased spice girls tickets for my girls to go see. They have been looking forward to this event for 6 months.
On the day of the event, ticket master had emailed me saying they had made a mistake on the ticket barcode and that the one that was issued was incorrect.
bearing in mind this was 3 hours before the show and I was out. My girls had already gone only to find out that they weren't allowed in.
I paid by Credit Card, have the proof that the initial tickets were incorrect. Does anyone know if I can claim this back?
I haven't approached anyone yet.
