    OK, that is a second vote for using raw data files.


    Perhaps one of you could post what the advantage would be for the OP especially when it is likely that the printer works with jpeg files?


    Also which app you recommend for working on the specific raw files produced by the unknown camera (the files are not generic but particular to the camera brand/model -though apps are generaly compatible with the usual leading brands), if that is, the raw files are available for the particular pix in question.


    They can be useful for 'high end' corrections (I use them in some circumstances) but for the OP it's just an extra process to get to grips with....
