5 year warranty lg tv

After some advice I've got a lg tv 3d which I bought in 2014. It's got 5 year warranty with richer sounds. Someone coming on Thursday to see TV. This issue happened on Monday morning so, I took pics of the tv screen and emailed them to richer sounds after speaking to them. I turned it off now a day later I've just turned it on and seems to have sorted itself out what should I do. Should I ring up and cancel or let them come on Thursday and explain. I did turn the tv on and off on the day this happened and unplugged it. The warranty runs on this August 2019. It's just what if it happens again and its out of warranty them I'm left with a broken tv.
