RCP Parking Charge Notice - unsure

Hey thanks for reading
There was a parking charge notice on my car yesterday in the red and white packet. My car was parked outside of a derelict yard which said ‘Waides Yard is a no parking area’ etc. The gate is locked up and there’s concrete blocks behind it to stop anyone getting in. My car was parked on the road outside and has done numerous times and received a ticket for it.
The ticket says the time, date, reg etc and Parked In: Wades Yard
Car Park: Wades Yard
I’ve emailed them asking for evidence that My car was parked in Wades Yard and they’ve sent photos of my car parked on the road outside (no signs saying it’s a private road or that you can’t park on the road).
Do I carry on the appeal with them, do I ignore them or am I completely ignorant here and owe them the £50 they’re asking for?
Any help would be appreciated

Edit your post to remove details of who was driving
Then read up on this in the newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum
This thread will get you up to speed on the game you are now caught up in and how and when to appeal
Stop contacting the PPC - throughout here you are advised never to reveal who was driving and you may have inadvertently already done so!
If not then edit your post to remove details of who was driving
The ppcs monitor this forum and can use posts in your thread against you0 -
Many thanks for the info0

Follow Quentin's advice, these are BPA members they won't cancel from your appeal to them there's no profit in that, but a proper worded appeal to POPLA should be enough if there are no signs, along with the usual appeal points.
You should get your own photos ASAP before they pop over and put some up.0 -

Best alter your parking habits now seeing you have received 1 now !!
How did you word the email you sent - did you say who was driving etc?“You’re only here for a short visit.
