Anyone else not get their Halifax bonus last month?

I have a Halifax Reward account and this month I didn't receive the reward payment despite having two direct debits come out of the account. Have Halifax become wise to the fact that customers use certain direct debits just to get the reward payment, in my case Chip and Plum?

Got all mine. And OH's.
Did you get the reward the prior month with the same DDs?
Is it just 2 C&Ps you use?0 -
Just wondering if chip is a direct debit now that it's version 2. On my statements they come up as visa purchase. my chip is linked to Nationwide current account though. but it maybe worth checking if chip is a d.d.0

If you're after another DD I find Tickr and RateSetter useful options, although they're investment only rather than savings with the option of investment like Chip and Plum.0

You must have given CHIP your debit card number, otherwise how could they have taken it as a Visa payment rather than a direct debit?I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?0
