How to complaint about online travel agent - gotogate

As per title. Booked flights in March through them, airline cancelled the flights , have been informed by gotogate about cancelled flight , booked through other operator. Still have not received a refund and repeated emails to different gotogate email addresses are met with either "wait for longer " responses or silence.
Any advice please?

gotogate have many many terrible reviews.
Firstly, has the airline confirmed that they have issued the refund to gotogate? have you spoken to your card company re paying for something that was not received?0 -
There is no one to complain to, other than your card company. They are based in Sweden and not a member of any association that accepts complaints. As you have found, the cheapest is rarely the best.0

I am still in communication with Gotogate. They did refund my flight but not the costs incurred by me for finding alternative flights nor for the re booking of the return flight.
I have been sent around the houses by them. I tried claiming from Czech airlines for compensation and they advised that it was Gotogates responsibility as they gave them ample advance notice that the flight was cancelled.
I have had some help from European Consumer Service, eccnet-uk@ec.europa.eu but they wont get involved until I have explored all avenues.
The last e mail from GTGate last week, asked for receipts for costs so I have sent them and now silence.
I will update this group if I get any joy, but am not holding my breath, I am also not letting them off the hook. This has been going on since May.0
