On the 28th of may i received 2 debt recovery letters through the post both asking for £160 for paying my parking charge for parking over the maximum period.

The letters say they "we'll recommend to our client that they take court action against you." if you don't pay, just need a little advise if i should pay or not as I've always heard to just ignore private private parking charge's/fine's.

Any help would be appreciated. thanks.
