This is a question more than a vent. I used Asda website contact us form on Friday or Thurs eve to complain about something. I have recieved no automatic email and no reply.

If my experience is anything to go by - don't hold your breath or you may go blue..
Mailed them twice back in August - nothing.0 -
I emailed again today, still no response, will have to take it to the phone line then.0

I am amazed at how many companies do not respond to the 'contact us' or all you get is an automatic response with no follow up. It's a shame because a phone call requires immediate action whereas with an email it can be researched and answered more leisurely.
