Consumer Credit Act 1974 s75 (1) & (2) - Use Abroad

I'm not sure if this has already been posted, but a House of Lords decision now confirms that consumers are covered by their UK Credit Card issuer when purchasing abroad and there is some breach of contract/supply by the foreign merchant/supplier.
