Selling house fast

After 2 buyers have pulled out for different reasons completely we are feeling so deflated.
Our dream home awaits us and that side of the chain are all ready and waiting for us.
Our EA is confident the house will go again quickly and we can move along but as the days pass i get nervous that those above us in the chain will get fed up waiting for us.
Fear of losing the property we have wanted and had our hearts set on.
We got a generic letter through the post today from one of those companies that say they can sell the house really fast etc..
obviously it was tempting to read but we arent willing to lose money on the price of the house so its probably a no go anyways.
but just wondered if anyone had any expereiences of these and if we should go for it or not.

They’ll offer you a low price but drop it before exchange.0

I do not recommend btw. I would personally set a very reasonable price where someone wants it for a good price and won’t pull out (no such thing as wont definitely though unfortunately)0

A friend of mine nearly went with Nested, she researched them and thought they were worth trying. However ended up finding a buyer so she didn't need it. Maybe take a look at them?0

Realistically, selling a house quickly means selling it at a cheap price.
"Fast sale" companies don't really have a magic wand they can wave to make somebody buy your house quickly at a high price.
You'd probably find that a regular EA can sell the house just as quickly, if you're prepared to sell it cheap.
And the regular EA will probably charge you a lot less than the "fast sale" company.0 -

What do they possess that everyone else lacks? Fairy dust?
As you aren't willing to compromise on price, you have to rely on the Luck Fairy too, but as you've had two acceptable offers, you must have some sort of chance. We don't know how good it might be though on the info provided, and presumably you don't either if you're considering 'quick buy' companies, instead of drilling-down into the sold price data for comparable houses in your area.0 -
OP,
I think you have too much emotionally invested in your dream house. I guess you have this picture in your mind's eye of living life like a breakfast cereal advert as soon as you move in?
Even if the "dream" house is gone, I am sure something similar will come along. Clearly, your house is fairly priced given that you have had two offers. Relax and wait for the next offer to come. Avoid the house buying companies, since you will get a price well below market value. In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:0 -
If you want to sell fast put it in an auction, but the problem you'll face whatever you do is that fast sale = low price.0
