Last two weeks of August in summer holidays is your best bet. Quieter than July and beginning of August. Free dining is also out for next August. Look at Attractions Ticket Direct and the Disney site. If you want to factor in Universal and other parks then it’s going to cost more. I got some bargain flights for 400 each direct return for August. Booking separately is your best bet. Hotel through Disney or ATD then look at flights. Usually for August, if you want direct then you should budget around 850 per person, anything less is a bonus. I agree with looking on The Dibb website.

Meant to add...... if you are paying all that money for park tickets then it’s best to get your moneys worth. You need to factor in that some parks take up more than a day. There’s 4 Disney Parks if you don’t include water parks. Then there’s 2 universal. Busch gardens can easily be done in a day.
