Hi Doam, the story we've written is that people are waiting for refunds two weeks on from the cancelled orders, and what people can do if they're affected. A lot of Under Armour customers were informed on the 22 May that they'd be refunded within five days, and the thread that you link to was only started two days after this.

Unfortunately we have to be selective with what we cover and can't write news stories on every single forum thread as soon as it's started.

I placed an order in early may.
I chased it after two weeks to be told that the order had not been accepted; a refund was on its way.
After another week I chased my refund.
The refund to PP was made a few days later.
They did eventually refund me but I shall not use Under Armour again.
