EAs in Bristol

We will soon be selling my dad's house in Bristol. It's in poor condition and needs masses doing to it - new heating, wiring, kitchen, bathrooms etc etc.
If anyone who's bought or sold in Bristol recently can give any input as to which EAs were good/bad, that would be very helpful.
Thanks.

Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

Although it was 5-6 years ago now, in a similar situation (former home of elderly family member in need of modernisation) we used Ocean on Gloucester Road North. We found them realistic but also keen to get us the best deal we could, knowledgeable about contacts within the area (we didn’t live locally so they recommended auctioneers, house clearance guys etc) and were happy to negotiate about their percentage etc.
They still seem to have a good reputation from what I’ve heard from friends still in the Bristol area. Good luck - it’s a hard thing to have to do.0 -
I would opt for an agent that is local to the property.
Bristol is split into several main areas so its always best to go for someone local to that area.
What district is the property in?in S 38 T 2 F 50

Sorry,I've not had any dealings with that side of town.If you were the other side of Bristol I could give you a good recommendation for an excellent independent agent but its a few years since I've ventured up by the zoo!in S 38 T 2 F 50
