Personal Injury Medical Report Problems

Options
Hi
I have a PI claim going through atm and have just received my own GP's medical reports from the time of the incident and also the so called medical expert's report from the assessment I had a few weeks back.
My GP's records make no mention of my back injury being caused at work despite the fact I made it clear at the appt. They have stated it was caused by a riding accident previously, which it wasn't.
To read the socalled expert's report, you'd think he was talking about a completely different person, wrong comments, wrong dates, you name it, it's all wrong.
My solicitor asked that I contact my GP to ask for clarification, which I have done and had the reply this morning. Basically, they are sticking to their story.
What happens now?
Employer have admitted liability, I have 90% recovered, the whole business has caused me more worry and hassle than I would ever have believed possible.
My advice to anyone going to pursue one, if your injuries can have been caused by another incident in your entire life, don't do it!

You can always ask your doctor for a second opinion but if the doctors say there was a pre-existing condition then you'll be hard pressed to convince anyone that you know better unless there was no such riding accident.

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

That's just it, there was no riding accident. I mentioned to the nurse at the time that I had just started riding again after the appalling weather we had had this winter and that both horses were a handful, but I hadn't actually said that the injury had been caused by the restart.
The back injury I suffered at work was completely different from any backache I may have suffered earlier as I was so unfit!

Did the nurses at the hospital or wherever actually examine you at the time of the injury and perhaps might have some idea that yours was caused by the horse in part?

It was the nurse practitioner and there was no reason why he should have thought it was that. All I said was the above comments.
I just don't get it. I had an independent witness, the injury was 100% caused by the work I was doing and my employer admitted liability, yet because of the inaccuracy of the medical records, I have now been told that I will receive no compensation. Gutted is an understatement.
