Can you evidence any of this to the point of constructing a case against?

Also the malicious gossip is the worst aspect, someone got hold of my health issues and has divulged it to the rest of them.

You cannot force them to take action.

As I said, as soon as you raise this; I think your volunteering will take a nose dive

Doesthis organisation have any formal policies in place for staff and volunteers? Does it have an ani-bulying policy, r any policies about treating service users with respect?

If so, then I would suggest that you consider making a formal complaint / grievance.

rey to be as factual as possible and relate what you are saying to the organisation's own policies.

e.g. "Policy states that all service users are to be treated with respect and courtesy - however I regularly hear [names of people] referring to service usersas 'nutters' and other derogatory terms. I feel this is incompatiblewith our policies and values"

Check whether there is a formal grievance process and follow it. If there is not a formal process, then make the complaint in the first instnace to your own line manager, and then escalate from there.

However, if the situation is really that all staff members and volunteers are againsts you then I think you have to consider that the possibilities here are that either this is a truly toxic and dysfunctional place, in which cas it is unlikely to change, and you are better of looking elsewhere, or that, just possibly, there is more going on here and there are reasons other than your history why you are not getting on with other staff.
All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)

Why should I be bullied out?

In an ideal world you shouldn't be. But it seems you have either unknowingly upset someone there or for some reason you don't fit in with the group or they are just a bunch of a-holes!

You have no real world effective rights, raising a grievance is basically futile. Find somewhere less toxic where you will be appreciated and treated like a fellow human being.
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

While something maybe done about the first thing there is no way for the gossips to "unknow" the information that has already been divulged.

Not me, that's for sure. Board Guides aren't allowed to delete posts. You need to write to someone with MSE in their name (salaried staff). However, I honestly don't think that there is anything in this thread that would reveal who you are. I worked in mental health for over 20 years and can think of a multiplicity of organisations where this situation might have happened (very sadly). It shouldn't happen anywhere, of course :(
Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).
