OMP Payback or not

I have just been informed that I may be made redundant.
I have been back at work after maternity leave for 8 weeks now, in order not to pay back the OMP I'd have to stay until the end of August. My question is, will my employer ask for the OMP back if they make me redundant before end of August?

Is OMP a top up of statutory maternity pay? (Sorry it’s been a while since I was on maternity leave!) if it’s just statutory I cannot see how they can reclaim this from you. Also given the fact you are leaving due to redundancy it seems even more likely there will be a recoup. Perhaps ring ACAS for some advice0
