Hi, I have received payouts from Lloyds bank (loan) and also Tesco Bank (loan). I have had many different credit cards over the years and I really can't/dont believe that I hadn't had PPI applied (now I know what crooks they all seemed to have been) I had applied/written (via their appropriate web site link) to each credit card company only to be told the answer is NO PPI sold/taken out. Now, as these are many years old, I don't have the paperwork to check. If I go through a company who fish for work, are they likely to come up with more PPI (as I suspect) or will they "find" the PPI I have already had a payout for? My other half thinks I need to be careful employing basically a shark to do it as they might want some money for "finding" the already settled accounts. Anyone any experience of this? They will do no more than you have done and get the same result. If ppi had been payable just guess how much money they make for a price of a stamp.

By going direct to the lenders their sites will give you the option to check for all products in one hit I.e RBS will check Lombard, Direct Line, Mint etc. No account numbers will be needed just previous addresses.

If any accounts are identified with ppi then it's down to you to demonstrate why misold. The sharks won't do that either. You tell them and they tell the lender. You have still done all the hard work.
