I've become aware that potentially my personal data has been left unsecured. I am obviously concerned about potential fraud happening. The data includes name, address, telephone, DofB, family history, employment history and much more.
What steps do I need to take?

If you are concerned, then you can submit a Protective Registration with CIFAS
