Credit Report is blank

I have noticed over the past 6 months or so that my credit-club for some bizzare reason is not showing my current and credit accounts which i have open

the only ones that are showing are the closed/ and 3 of my defaulted accounts.

i recently signed up for the 30 day experian report which shows all the account so for some reason the credit club is not linking to experian
