    Thanks for all the input have pulled out of the negotiations
    EA was pretty rude and said london.has different way of doing things and we are not going to be able to buy here unless agreed to pay deposit to protect landlords potential loss of tenancy

    London did have a different way of doing things, back in 2014 when houses were selling faster than they could be put on the market At that time treatment of sellers was everything and the feelings or needs of buyers inconsequential.

    That's not what it's like anymore. House sales have plummeted, the market is slow and favours buyers. Some Estate agents have been struggling to adapt to the new climate.

    If its one of the first phase builds of 'North Greenwich Village', I'd avoid like the plague.

    They aren't even 20 years old and already look a state!

    agree with you some of the 10/12 year old flats arent in best shape
    also have very high service charges nearly 6000 for just a concierge and building maintennace
