Auto payout from Lloyds - a scam?

A post keeps appearing on Facebook as follows suggesting some banks are now required to pay out if youve ever had a loan, mortgage etc. This is the Lloyds one, there are others. Is this authentic or a scam?

It's just a (mis-leading) advert for a Claims Management Company.

There is no "hidden" insurance though; they just hope you'll agree to them being your representative in PPI complaints. No one is being automatically paid out just for having finance.

If you have such a complaint then make it yourself, otherwise you'll surrender 20% of any redress (plus VAT) to this firm. If you didn't have PPI, you'll never receive anything.

In future, I recommend you ignore all these adverts appearing in the press and social media.

Any reason you felt the need to reproduce the whole advert (including the list of banks)? Why did you want to post the link, I wonder?

Facebook is the home of such scams.

    No. Its BS.

    Complete and utter rubbish.

Its almost certainly an advance fee fraud. i.e. they lie to you about some pay off you will get but then hit you with £495 or similar to pay up front. You have pounds in your eyes and fall for it and pay the money never to see it again.

Thanks everyone. I assumed it was, but wanted to be certain to avoid mis-informing others.

Ha, I saw no "conspiracy", but quoting the whole advert (with a link) was what a spammer would do.

As others have suggested, you need to install some kind of advert blocker..
