LG washing machine help

Hello all long story short...review I left on LG UK Facebook page,

26/02/2019 my washing machine had an engineer turn up to "repair" it, he ended up making it worse, constant phone calls to the engineer with promises parts are on order, one for a replacement door "HE" cracked, leaking water and shutting off with error code, after another engineer visit it still leaked water.

Its now 25/05/2019 AND STILL NO WORKING WASHING MACHINE.

Been told LG don't have any washing machines to replace mine (humm they manufacture them!) and they will refund me and walk away from the 5year guarentee... "ONLY" WHEN I SIGN A DOCUMENT, THATS THEN AUTHORISED AND A DELIVERY COMPANY PICK UP OLD MACHINE... only then will i get my money back to purchase another one...

Ohh and ive still not had this letter/email to sign to send back to them to start this ball rolling... So still waiting...

Its saturday today.. Mondays bank holiday so minimum will be Tuesday... 28th May until i hear anything... 3 monthes!

As from today 01/06/2019 I've printed, signed and emailed back two documents they requested and still not had an answer from anyone... So far its something like 96 days...

    Can you afford to buy a new or second-hand machine whilst you're waiting for the refund?

    Once you get your refund you'll be ok. How many months "free" use did you have from the machine until it went wrong?
