Rebuy recycling phones

Just wondering if anyone had or have at the moment problems with Rebuy recycling company for old phones. I've recently sent my phone to them stupidly without checking reviews for the company. I had increased the postage so it was covered (as the phone was worth more than the £50) for loss or damages. I haven't received any emails saying they have the phone even though I've tracked the package and it was signed for the day after it was posted. After researching the site on trustpilot I'm getting concerned as they sound like a scam. Could anyone please advise me as to what I can do next. The contact page is not available and the email address is incorrect. Any information is gratefully received. Thank you in advance.

A phone worth more £50, why not use cex or sell it via other means.

Have you googled rebuy phones ?
Third link down provides a phone number and email address, does the email address you have match the one on the link ?

I've not heard of them but that's doesn't mean they aren't ok.

Thanks for the reply. I don't have a Cex close to me and used a comparison site and that was the one with the highest quote. The email address is different to the one I have so will try and contact them. Thank you.

Hi, we have had same problem. We sent fone toctheir apollo adress in wycombe and they have confirmed receipt but wont answer phone or reply to emails.

Has anyone else had same problem?
