Did you get any literature before / with the course explaining the terms and conditions etc (not just course notes)?
Whilst you think it might not be a b2b sale, it doesn't mean it isn't . If it is a 'qualification' to help a person provide a service, they may have arranged for a clever lawyer to draw up a cleverly worded agreement that presents circumstances as such.May you find your sister soon Helli.

If this was Gina Badhen then there is no formal qualification, just a certificate which is presumably issued by the Academy.0

Also, you can't learn to be an MUA in just five days, really.
I got the impression the course is aimed at MUA's who want to take the next step and get exposure in the industry.0
