Can I set my yahoo email to come up on outlook?

HI
I was wondering if it is possible to have a yahoo email address as my outlook email? I have got windows xp and office 97 i think however I do have a copy of office 2000 but am a bit wary of putting it on in case I lose everything.
The reason I want to link the email is so that when I try to email forms from a program I use it will automatically pick up my yahoo address.
Sorry if this is a bit vague or backwards.
