The garages look typical 1970's narrow, 8ft door? But I think i would knock it down anyway, for the bigger garden.
And it looks like you can fit 2 cars out front once the wall and ramp are gone.
The deeds would bother me though, even though it looks plain as day what is what.

The clearly was a wall dividing them in the past, possibly just blocks on top of slabs.0 -
Thanks everyone, the house built in the 50's so no idea what the norm size is for a garage in that era lol!
I think it should be fine as deeds state either can use the driveway so long as no obstruction is caused.
The house at next door has plenty of parking anyway round the other side of the house so even if a family of 4 with 4 cars were to move in 2 cars that side 2 on the drive would be problem solved0 -
