MSE Credit Club credit file not updating

Hi all. My MSE Credit Club was last updated on 29 April. It says date of the next update will be 29 May...which has obviously been and gone and still my file hasn't been updated. Has anyone else noticed something similar with their Credit Club profile?

Hi,
When you say your 'profile', do you mean the opening screen (the Dashboard)?
Is your credit report updating correctly as that is the important bit?I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.
