Naive? What did you think was going on?

As above, would you carry a package on a plane for someone, or hold a gun for them?

You’re not the mastermind here, that’s for sure, but you are absolutely complicit in the crime.

Try to think of the people who you helped to defraud here if you want to understand why this has consequences.

Feeling like a victim doesn't make you one. This can have repercussions beyond getting credit. Hopefully you don't want a job in finance or any that requires a credit check.

    Hi guys
Can someone give me advice.I received my SARD from cifas after being rejected by several banks for a basic account. On the report it says that NEW day ltd(aqua) filed a report for misuse of facility.
They claim the reason for the fraud report is because of a fraudulent direct debit guarantee
The direct debit was my cousins but I had permission to set it up.AQUA doesn’t want to listen and claims I should contact Experian.

    Please start your own thread.
You have as much of a chance of getting the CIFAS removed as the original poster in this thread.

So was the credit card on your name but you used your cousin's bank account or the other way round ?

Either way why would you do that ?

OP you need to understand that some things ok in life aren't real, you have to learn to work out what's real or not.

I once heard a story about a problem a guy was having with his computer, It rambles on a bit so I'll just cut to the chase. He was told by the support help line to box it up and return it to the store. Not as he thought because there was anything wrong with it, the helpline put him straight on that. But because he was obviously too stupid to own a computer.

I'm wondering if the same thing applies to people and bank accounts?

As I am still in School (6th Form) and studying my A levels I was desperate to get some cash during exam season.

How much money did you make and did you get it out before the account was frozen?

Good luck with the A-levels - looks like you might need it.

Is one of your A levels "creative writing" ? What on earth has doing A Levels got to do with being "desperate" for money?
The victim here isn't you, it's the person behind probably every single transaction you did aiding an a actual victims bank account being cleared out with your direct help.
