Water leak in house, no emergency number

Hi, i rent a property and we have a fairly serious leak from pipes running across the ceiling. I have turned off the mains for now but im wondering what to do about it. We rent through an agencu and there is no contact over the weekend. I could get anplumber out but i worry i could end up footing the bill. Is there the possibilty that the landlord/agency could refuse to reimbirse me for the plumber because otherwise im stuck until at least monday with no water, no toilet etc. What do you think?

Have you tried phoning your agency as there should be a recorded message saying how to contact them in an emergency.
Also double check all the paperwork you have from the agency as you should have an emergency number to contact them.

If you don't have any luck with an emergency number, phone Shelter or Environmental Health.0

Quick update, thanks for replys. Went through contract there was an emergency number for the landlord who came and fixed pipes. Thanks0
