I did somethong very silly yesterday, when photocopying stuff at work I balanced a cup of coffee on the paper feed tray. Yes, you guessed it, the whole cup emptied inside the photocopier!!
Please dont laugh!
I quickly switched off and emptied the paper trays which were full of coffee, I dried of as much as I could.
Now every time I photocopy a large streak of coffee appears on the paper.
Any ideas!

There's obviously some coffee on the underside of the glass. Have a look and see if you can get at the underneath to clean it.
IMPORTANT ! Switch it off before attempting anything.
If all else fails, call the maintenance man.0 -
Sounds like there is coffee on some on the paper feed mechanism.
Photocopy 50 blank sheets and see if it makes it better. Else I'd say a job for the maintenance man too!0 -
Call the maintenance man because if you start fiddling especially if you don't know what you're doing, you could do even more damage.
Remember: Never ever put mugs of coffee on the photocopier and never sit on the glass to photocopy your backside!0 -
Well at least you didn`t sit on it and press print! Your copier supplier will probably lease or rent another photocopier to you, but read the small print! Otherwise you may want a drink and then a coffee!0
