Credit Karma Problems

  • Credit Karma’s report is also supplied to ToyallyMoney and MoneySupermarket.

You could try signing up with one of those sites instead to get your report from them.

They still update every 7 days - the only thing you don’t get is the free alerting/monitoring service.

Whilst Credit Karma updates every 7 days, my Totally Money and Money Supermarket reports only update every 30 or 31 days.

Thanks for your help - have gone for the credit monitor service with moneysupermarket which also has an app. As you say its the same transunion (former callcredit) data and gives me what I need via the app.

Hopefully one day the creditkarma password email reset process will actually work!

Totally Money also has an excellent website and app and if you wait two weeks before signing up you can see your report updated every 2 weeks.

I am having the same problem with Credit Karma. Unable to log in with my saved UN and PW. As an alternative I tried logging in with my email address without success.

I have received no replies to my requests for instructions on how to reset my password. Neither have I received any replies to my direct emails to them.

    Never any problem with Noddle.

    Never any problem with Noddle.

Maybe someone who works for Credit karma might read this forum (Josh, Jane and Danielle are you out there?) and take action - cos the failure of their password and login reset process is going to cost them clients and business over time. I was certain like you I input my correct password on first login - but it never accepted it.

So now we are in groundhog day - yet no one at credit karma will even acknowledge there is a problem!

I miss Noddle - as you say they were great and there were no such admin issues.

Have you tried the 'forgotten username' first, then forgotten password?

It's the way I ended up getting in.

    It's been faultless since.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.
