Yes It said anything in the protected period connected with the pregnancy is classed as unfair dismissal and discrimination.
I actually kept my pregnancy from her until 19 weeks as I always had a suspicion she would get rid of me when she found out due to being a finical strain on her and already previously having 7 nannies.
I raised my concerns with CAB at 14 weeks pregnant about this and I have evidence of this conversation.
She wasn’t the easiest of people to work for

What outcome do you want from all this?
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

You are pretty much out of luck. Your protection period does not mean what you think it means. You were legally dismissed, not due to illness or pregnancy, but due to a change in her circumstances.

Aye, OP, I would also ask what you want from all of this. Job back? Settlement?

I take it you've spoken to CAB then by the way? I would take their advice with a pinch of salt at times. But read their website: https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/law-and-courts/discrimination/what-are-the-different-types-of-discrimination/pregnancy-and-maternity-discrimination/

Again, after reading that link I'm not fully confident that you CAN extend this beyond the exact time that you either ended maternity leave or returned to work.

As ETs go, I think you've got a bit of a challenge on your hands to win here (it will be a challenge to demonstrate that you have a legitimate case!)...
