If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 36 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

Car
There is one (1) prize of a Mini Cooper Classic 3dr hatch car (the “Mini”) including first registration fee, road tax for the first year, number plates, £30 (thirty pounds) worth of fuel.
The Mini includes the winner’s choice of exterior colour from Midnight Black, Starlight Blue, Melting Silver, Moonwalk Grey, Pepper White, Emerald Grey, Solaris Orange, White Silver or Chili Red.

The Prize Provider of the Mini will use reasonable efforts to deliver the car to the winner’s home address within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the Mini and current driver’s licence. The winner is responsible for insuring the Mini and all other costs associated with taking up the Mini. The winner may choose to register the Mini in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.
