County Court Claim Form from VCS

Yes you can serve it in person. You would be wise to get a receipt.
Don't leave it to the last day though - think what you would do if they refuse to even open the door to you, or simply snatch it from you and leave you without a receipt.0 -
Can I email my witness statement to the court as I did my original defence?0
-
Your original defence would have gone to the Northampton CCBC. Your witness statement, evidence and costs schedule should go to the court where the claim is being heard and should be on the paperwork from the court. It is, however, recommended to hand deliver to the court (unless of course you are defending as a company and have been allocated a court near to the claimant.)0
-
I'll deliver it tomorrow as long as it looks ok?0
-
You know the narrative (the story of the day) as you were involved, so we no one can comment on that. So long as the WS backs up the defence and contains the evidence the defence pointed at (and I note you have the Abuse of Process in there) it should be fine.0

Went and dropped of my witness statement at VCS earlier, obviously had to park miles away as their car park is run by them and I wasn't going to have anything to do with their shenanigans again0
