Maybe check with the seller, just in case things fell through with the other buyer?Extremely frustratingly we've just had an acceptable offer on our house come through. So lost the new house because we weren't proceedable on Friday morning, became proceedable on Monday night ....

If you want to be in the strongest position with a buyer, then you need to be in a proceedable position. So at least Sold Subject to Contract0
