I believe my evidence shows I did have a broken foot in Sept19 and that on the day in question I did use the Pharmacy. Do you think this is a valid defense and if so can you please advise how I should represent this in my response.
Unless you are in possession of a crystal ball or are planning another broken foot, you might want to check your dates!

Following advice I went round the shops to find out who was ticketing. The Pharmacy were very helpful and said there is a man who must work for the parking company cos as soon as someone walks offsite to the high street shops he is out taking photos immediately.

They were also able to gave me a name of the landowner and the company plus a telephone number and email address for her. I have tried to contact and will keep trying to hopefully get her agree to cancel the charge without having to go to the next stage

I have taken some photos of the signs and like in the links you provided they do contain an awful lot of information.

I will now use all the advice and info provided to start constructing a defense whilst I try and contact the landowner to settle things amicably.

Cant work out how to upload the pics but I'll work on that

Use an image hosting site such as imgur(other hosting sites are available) and when they give you a URL, just post a broken link such as: -
    hxxps://imgur.com...............
and a regular will fix the link for you.

A temporary injury doesn't allow you to park there, but asthma does...! Chronic asthma meets the definition of disability in the Equality Act 2010.

But the op has never stated that they have chronic asthma?

But he does state he has asthma, he will confirm if it is a chronic condition.
was in desperate need of my Inhaler for my Asthma

Coupon-mad was making the point that the chronic condition would meet the disability qualification of the EA 2010. 'Desperate need' seems to suggest that his condition is quite serious. We try to help people who come here in whatever way we can.

    Are you helping, or point-scoring?

Do you know what chronic means?

It's not a special medical term restricted only for some diseases.
    chronic
    /ˈkrɒnɪk/
    adjective
    1.
(of an illness) persisting for a long time or constantly recurring.
A person who needs an inhaler to manage asthma, has a LONG TERM, persistent and recurring condition that certainly meets the definition of disability.

C-m you beat me to the definition of chronic (often misused/misunderstood by people) and by it's very symptoms, asthma MUST be defined as chronic, however, all irrelevant as it is a debilitating state and would certainly come under the definition of disability.

    Oh look, this helps:

    https://www.burtondocs.co.uk/services/find-us-parking-surgery/

The surgery ALLOW people to visit the pharmacy while parked, it is not a contravention for patients, therefore (even for non patients) the terms on the sign are arguably, ambiguous and in fact, incorrect:
''Patients may also need to visit the pharmacy after their appointment so we ask that they vacate their parking spaces as soon as this has been picked up.''
IMHO it matters not if you were a patient of that surgery, the fact is people ARE allowed to use the pharmacy (albeit you should simply have parked on one of the streets mentioned here):
Shire Oak Road– double yellow lines at beginning of the road from Otley Road entrance and then parking available just beyond Headingley Hall.
St Michael’s Road (Skyrack on corner)– has on street parking between 8 – 6.30 M – F up to 2 hours
Bennett Roadfrom North Lane entrance only – has on street parking

Did you know you CAN park on double yellows to collect from adjacent premises an item such as an inhaler, if pre-ordered? Not for shopping in a pharmacy or any shop, but yes for loading/delivering or collecting an item where you had no other option but to park close and the collection of the item would take under 5 - 10 mins.

Use DYL for quick pick ups, it's what they are there for as long as there are no 'kerb blips' signalling a loading ban. A proper Council on-street CEO has to observe cars on DYL for at least five full minutes before any PCN can ever be issued, and if the person gets a PCN then they can rescind it by evidencing 'exempt activity' such as picking up or escorting away from the car, a child/elderly or disabled passenger or loading/unloading, delivery or collection.

NEVER EVER EVER SEEK OUT A PRIVATE CAR PARK. On street parking is there for you.

Thanks for the info and I was not aware I could park on DYL for 5 mins to pick up or drop off something quickly.

Just to clarify there are two surgery's on two different floors with the Pharmacy below them on the ground floor. I use the Hollybank sugery not Burton croft but im sure the info/rules for both would be the same.

I will have had to call into the surgery to pick up the prescription from reception before going to the Pharmacy to collect it so I have no problem with that aspect.

It was unfortunate that every space for but for the 4 disabled spaces were full and normally I would have just parked on the street at one of the sites they advised but it would have been a 10 minute walk with my broken foot which coupled with having breathing details didnt seem a good idea.

Got loads of great info on here and I am starting to put my defense together.

    Cheers
