  • The landowner took the trouble to ring me to discuss the case, and we had a very civilised chat.

    During our conversation he mentioned that his contract with the operator enables him to request cancellations of a limited number of PCNs per month. If this is a common practice in the industry, it got me thinking that approaches to landowners should be early in a month for best chance.

    I am pleased to confirm that he saw fit to intervene, and as a result Premier Park Ltd has now cancelled the PCN.
