Energy Bills Rocketed but Consumption the Same

I gave them meter readings over the phone in December, and these have not been logged in my account.
This is the meter history;
January (estimated) 68465 - 99956
April (estimated) 827 - 71970
May (reading) 1539 - 72541
I don't understand the difference between January and April? Furthermore, I have found an online bill dated March this year, from January 2015 to December 2018 (why a three year bill? this ) saying I was £396 in debit, Up until December 2018 I had always been in credit, with previous meter readings supplied by myself in July and September, and the December one which apparently hasn't been logged at their end. A lesson learned for me to do things over the phone and trust that they have been logged, and to give quarterly readings at their request, rather than monthly.0 -
we are moving house on the 3rd so this will be interesting to see..... I have notified them of this in writing but they have not acknowledged it0

I think you may have some of these the wrong way around
Jan 99956 - 68465
Apr 00827 - 71970
May 01539 - 72541
Go back in time -when was the last ACTUAL or CONSUMER readingNever pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
We did the consumer reading in May, the last consumer reading logged for us is September 65324 - 99115
Your order of the numbers makes sense, but I have copied the order from the online history.

I calculate you have used £1450 since Sept. How much was your DD and were you in credit or debit in September. I suspect Green Energy is playing a catch up following a serious underpayment of DDNever pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

January 2018 we were paying £124 montly DD and were in credit of £369
September 2018 we were paying £112 monthly DD and were in credit of £2290 -
Sept 2108 - May 2019 = paid £1237 but due £1450* so you owe GreenEnergy £213
* I can refine that if you give me rates and standing charges.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0
