Does it enclose any forms to return (don't if it does) or offer a link to download these?

Ok so after reading the newbie faq forum, I’ve sent an email with a SAR request, can’t quite understand what to do now do I see if I get a request back and await further action from civil enforcement? Thanks for the advice on the name, all changed now.

You could perhaps write to CEL suggesting that as you are seeking debt advice, they delay further processing for thirty days.

Described in para 4 of The Pre-Action Protocol for Debt Claims.

Could I do that by email or would it have to be in writing and sent through the post?

After sending the two letters/emails mentioned, you have reached the easy bit.

Sit back and relax while waiting for a County Court Claim Form to drop through your letter-box.

You could pass the time reading and re-reading post #2 of the NEWBIES thread until you thoroughly understand the next parts of the process.

Just to be sure, I don’t need to be doing the MCOL and how to acknowledge service just yet do I?

    You don't "do" the mcol!

See #2 in the FAQ for the course this takes!
