I need help with teletext holidays

I’ve phoned the hotel directly, they have confirmed that teletext holidays have booked a room only stay with them and this room has no cooking facilities, the hotel have said they aren’t able to change the room for us teletext Holidays have to do it, also there is 4 people going on the holiday and the room we have only sleeps 3. Will emailing the CEO of teletext Holidays help? We are also going to see citizens advice in a moment to see what they think! The whole thing is so stressful.0

that is correct - You have not got breakfast/half board so you are room only. The hotel does not use "self catering" it has rooms and apartments

this implies you have a room and not an apartment, could there be issues with the language barrier?

how old are the children - the hotel allows 2 adults, 1 child plus one child under 35 months into a standard room

The content of the phone call will be pretty key
Saw advert which described resort and the apartments...phone to book based on that description

ends up with room rather than an apartment and do not have the facilities that you were shown0 -
Did you pay by card? You might be able to get a refund through Chargeback / section 75 if they aren't being helpful0
