Depends on where you are in the country and your usage. It may be cheaper to have a higher unit rate and a lower standing charge or vice versa. Consult a price comparison site to see what works for you.0

In my part of the world (Midlands) several will beat this - YorkshireEnergy, Utility Point,
But as neil says - varies by area and you need to look at overall cost inc standing charge.

In my part of the world (South West) nothing comes close to these prices.
It really is a postcode lottery - and not a fun one to play!0 -
South Yorks area beats it with a few suppliers.
Bulb at 12.6p kwh is the only supplier to go sub 13 p/kwh, but that is variable..Others with very low standing charges are Symbio 13.17 p +10.50 dsc and Yorkshire Energy 13.5+13 p dsc..These are without VATs 5 % tho.
Bulb with a £50 to £75 referral fee seems the best buy even if its variable.0 -
The night time rate on Yorkshire's E7 tariff is probably one of the cheapest but you didn't give any indication of your consumption profile, so E7 may not be appropriate. Would be ideal for car charging though.0

Hi guys - thanks for all the replies. I managed to find Igloo Energy that supplies my area Glasgow. However, it is variable tariff and it is 13.6p per KWH0

Hi guys,
Any ideas which company/ tarriff offers the cheapest FIXED electricity per unit in the UK? The cheapest I found is with British Gas with their Energy Plus Protection Green May 2020v2 tarriff that charges 14.03p per KwH.
Cheers! In my part of the world (South West) nothing comes close to these prices.

Consult a comparison site. I found at least 2 different suppliers in the SW region that will charge less than 14p/kWh0
