finding PPI on old credit card statements

This may be a dumb question - but how obvious is the PPI on old credit card statements? I've got most of my paperwork for nearly a dozen cards dating back to mid 1990s but so far I haven't found any mention of payments that I can identify as PPI. Would it be shown as a monthly transaction in the same way that interest is for example - or do I have to dig further?

If it's not specifically listed on the statement you didn't have it.0

Very obvious. In the same font and size as the transactions to retailers.Would it be shown as a monthly transaction in the same way that interest is for example
Yes.
Any transaction that increases the balance has to be listed.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. Alternatively, simply ask your credit card provider if you paid PPI.0
