So if he had taken up the offer of taking pictures of the body, would he have been fined twice?
There are plenty of people who would have jumped at the chance to get pictures of the bodies, I suppose the TV cameras were putting him off.
I don't think it would work.I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....

Here in the UK you can take photos of anything you like in a public place.
We need to the police to deal with all the knife crime, drug dealing, crash-for-cash scammers, fly tippers, burglaries, mediating twitter arguments before they start to hassle people conducting perfectly lawful activities, even if some view that lawful activity as unsavoury.0 -
