Peugeot 206 fault

I have a Handbrake light coming on, combined with 3 beeps and the Stop sign flashing red, once I start driving the vehicle. It does not do it when the ignition is initially turned, only when the vehicle begins to move.
I have had the Brake fluid changed by a mechanic, and there is a complete brand new brake system fitted to the car (Drums, shoes, discs, pads and wheel bearings).
Can anyone tell me why this is happening?

Get it connected to a diagnostic reader and see what code it produces. If you have just had a load of work done it's possible that something hasn't been reset or a sensor not replaced properly.
