Yes there is enough I've just spoke to them this morning and again asked for a full break down of everything including why the IVA would have to run to term. They will email paperwork including full settlement figure sometime today not holding out much hope to be honest as he seemed confused as to what I was asking for they also have my income as £1100 a month more than I earn so many mistakes.

Did you not have any annual statements for the 4 years before? Who were the firm(s)?

I haven't received anything from GIVA or Knightsbridge I've received a statement this morning all £10,500 has gone on fees and disbursements since 2013 they will send me an annual review statement on 10th June if I hand over full payment can they add more fees and interest

Sending annual reports are a legal requirement of an IVA. They will get fined if they are not sending them. So they should be able to include all previous annual statements when they send you paperwork.

How much is the IVA company saying you have to pay to pay 100p in the £? (an actual figure not an explanation as to what it is)

Hi All I finally got paperwork and thank god I am on a fixed fee for IP I spoke to resolutions department to and full and final settlement figure to close my IVA is £28k they have emailed it to me so I have it to pass to mum's executor. Many thanks for all your support and advice.
